Eligibility for return & exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product is unused, unopened and in the original, sealed packaging

A return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

The item is defective, malfunctioning, or damaged during shipping

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products can only be returned if a defect is proven
Note: Oflle reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.

Submit a request
Contact us at support@booji-ele.com with the subject: “Return request – Order #[Your order number]”.
Provide required documents (see section 3)
Approval & Instructions
Once approved, you will receive a return address and instructions for shipping the product.
Product testing
Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
Refund or exchange

Exchange items will be shipped once the returned item has been confirmed

To ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly, please provide the following:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order

After approval, the return must be made within 7 days

Exchange items will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned item

Refund method & timeframe

Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after your refund is approved.
