DxzzE Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every DxzzE ex perience. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards while offering fair and transparent return solutions for defective or damaged items.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product is unused, unworn, and in original, sealed packaging

A return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

The item is defective, malfunctioning, or was damaged in transit

Due to hygiene and safety, used products cannot be returned unless proven to be faulty

Note: DxzzE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.

2. Return & Exchange Process
Submit a Request
Contact us at support@booji-ele.com with the subject: "Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]".

Provide Required Documents (see section 3 below)

Approval & Instructions
Once approved, you will receive a return address and instructions for sending the product back.

Product Inspection
Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.

Refund or Exchange Issued

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method

Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned item is confirmed

3. Documents & Proof Required
To process your return or exchange smoothly, please provide the following:

Order number

Clear photos or video showing the defect/damage

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or screenshot)

Brief description of the issue

4. Return & Exchange Timeline
Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order

Once approved, the return must be shipped within 7 days

Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned item

5. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Please allow 5-10 business days after refund approval for the funds to reflect in your account

If your bank or provider takes longer, contact them directly before reaching out to us again
